Transboundary tools for spatial planning and conservation of the Gulf of Finland

TOPCONS project produces tools for marine spatial planning and management to support decision making at an international, national and regional level. Interdisciplinary knowledge on abiotic and biotic diversity in the Eastern Gulf of Finland will be combined with societal aspects including legislative requirements and the views of stakeholders.
