Altogether 59 suggestions were received. The winner of the competition was chosen by the project group together with WWF Finland/Liisa Rohweder. The winner of the competition was the suggestion by Ms. Laura Kallinen, student at the Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences. Finnish-Estonian OILRISK project started in the beginning of December 2009. OILRISK is a joint project between Kotka Maritime Research Centre, Universities of Helsinki and Tartu, Finnish Environment Institute, Southeast Finland Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and Aalto University School of Science and Technology.
