Partners in this project are University of Turku/Centre for Maritime Studies, Lappeenranta University of Technology/Kouvola Research Unit, Lappeenranta University of Technology/Northern Dimension Research Centre (NORDI) and the Estonian Maritime Academy.
The project is coordinated and led by Kotka Maritime Research Centre.
Funding
The STOCA-project is funded by the European Union and the financing comes from the European Regional Development Fund, The Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013, the Regional Council of Southwest Finland, the Estonian Maritime Academy and the National Emergency Supply Agency.
Project's cost estimate is 865 000 euros.
