ConsortiumKotka Maritime Research Association is the projects’ Lead partner and the project consortium consists of altogether 10 partners, 3 from Finland and 7 from Russia. OverviewThe main objective of the project is to enhance Finnish-Russian cooperation regarding risk management to improve maritime safety and reduce transboundary environmental risks through research, development and training.
